Moze splash damage build

I wanted a build for mobbing in MH4 that could tear through mobs and also wasn't reliant on exploits. After a ton of reading on alot of groups and specifically the Gearbox forums all credit to the work they did testing all the skills and theory crafting I arrived here.

With a Splash Damage build focused on Iron Bear damage. Explanation of skill selections : SoR tree: 1 point in Security Bear. We are adding a shield based off of Iron Bears health. Which is based off Moze Max health. Which we will try to get as high as we can without sacrificing DPS. Action Skill: Vanquisher Rockets. No Augment. Both sides. They just hit harder. Bottomless Mags: Cloud of Lead. Extra incendiary damage and sometimes won't consume ammo. Matched set. Could use elsewhere.

Not essential. I run alot of Torgue guns so this works for me.

Stoke the Embers: 3 of 3. Bonus fire damage. Alot of my weapons are splash and fire. Like the flakker. This makes it more potent. Class mod adds 1 point. Scorching RPMs. Obviously a DPS boost. Specialist Bear. Well be using Vanquisher Rockets for both left and right arm. The Iron Bank. Increased mag size allows our class mod to remain active for longer time, allowing us more DPS for longer time. Demo Woman: Fire in skag den: 5 of 5.

Deal Splash Damage get bonus fire damage.

Which also is increased due to Stoke the Embers from BM tree. Deadlines: 3 of 3. Use less fuel in IB and after killing an enemy Regen some fuel. Purpose is mobbing so we'll be killing alot of fools. Grizzled isn't a great perk imo. What are the best Borderlands 3 builds?

Of course with so much RNG to contend with when it comes to hoovering up new guns and class mods, so the main focus of these Borderlands 3 builds is the skill tree and general rules to follow, such as playing style and weapon preferences.

If you just want to put together your own Borderlands 3 builds then we have guides for all the Borderlands 3 classesincluding the Amara skill treeFl4k skill treeMoze skill treeand Zane skill tree.

The basic idea of this Borderlands 3 build for Fl4k is to move fast, always be healing, and to have a number of damage modifiers active at all times.

Maxed out Persistence Hunter combines beautifully with the Fade Away action skill, letting you regen health and zip around the map for nearly half a minute with each use. The Jabber Sidekick also gives you a solid movement speed buff, letting you really put distance between yourself and enemies when you need to heal up. Pair this with Overclocked to give you a higher base rate of fire and you should be able to get the maximum stack off on an enemy rather easily.

These two skills feed each constantly. The synergy with Fade Away is the real treat here though, as you can use Fade Away toi rapidly regenerate, stacking its buffs with the other skills listed here, then when you stop moving you can lay into a tough enemy and bring them down even faster.

These skills are all there to making stacks more efficient, faster to trigger, and generally grant you that snowball effect. Almost all of the skills in this build feed directly into shields and tanking abilities, and a special focus on taking down bosses.

Grab the the single point skill tree, then get all three points for both Behind The Iron Curtain for feaster shield recharges and Desperate Measures for a simple gun damage buff. This grants access to Phalanx Doctrine level this up three times and Force Feedback. Force Feedback is especially great for PC players who can hit headshots as it will start recharging shields whenever you land a crit. Phalanx Doctrine, meanwhile, provides some decent buff stacks for shield and gun damage.

After all of these you need to grab the only point in Tenacious Defense, which instantly rewards a portion of shield and buffs gun damage for a short period after your shields deplete. It is phenomenal for getting out of tricky situations. In the Minigun tree you want to grab Dakka Bear for a cheap but powerful piece of equipment. Then put four into Cloud of Lead, which provides some elemental and damage buffs.

In the final skill tree, you simply want to invest in Deadlines for better Iron Bear economy, then pour any remaining points into Grizzled for more action skill usage. Storm Front is an especially good legendary grenade mod for this build. This Borderlands 3 build is all about constantly dropping your action skill and letting your clone do most of the hard work for you, which is pretty neat.

Donnybrook is vital, too as it increases the survivability of the Digi-Clone with a health regen buff. These will buff your movement speed, load you up with grenades, and give you a last-ditch means of revival.Forgot your password?

By using Grenades as a resource engine, this build amplifies rocket launchers' damage to literally explosive effects, making short work of even the beefiest target. Here, you will learn everything you need to know to gear yourself up and play this build at the highest level. Endless Rockets Girl is a natural derivation from the Grenadier Hybrid build, leveraging multiple weapon damage amplification effects. Endless Rockets Girl plays as a mid-long range build, skirting the battlefield while providing a steady output of damage in the form of homing Grenades and missiles.

Weaving grenades with slow firing weapons creates a seamless loop where grenades provide ammo and shield return. Weapon selection allows for a fire-and-forget gameplay allowing the player to focus on positioning and dodging shots instead. Iron Bear is used to provide utility in the form of crowd control, target debuffing, panic button and ultimately also a decoy for the enemy fire.

Iron Bear is kitted with as many utility features as possible: V Grenade Launcher with Musical Chairs occasionally group up enemies and disrupt them, while Vanquisher Rocket Pod with Target Softening increase the damage taken by the enemies affected. The build relies heavily on specific gear pieces, and without them, you lose the vital synergies required for the build to function properly at higher difficulties. The last weapon slot can be anything, from a duplicate launcher with a different element to a weapon that can provide additional sustain, such as Creamer or Slow Handboth from DLC1.

Regarding Class mods, Bloodletter is the preferred choice, synergizing well with Deathless Artifact. A possible alternative could be Blast Master if using other artifacts. When choosing the Artifact, Deathless is a cornerstone to the build, best paired with Bloodletter.

Best shield to use is a Big Boom Blasteras it greatly eases the otherwise high ammo consumption of launchers. Anointed rolls are special additional effects that can appear on weapons and shields at higher levels. The special effects relate to the use of action skills and provide powerful temporary buffs. Endless Rockets Girl build greatly benefits from 2 rolls on Launcher Weapons, the first generic and the second class specific:. The build relies on a tight combination of specific legendary items, thus there is no viable alternatives from missions.

Moze - Bloodletter/Deathless + Splash damage

Moze is, on first glance, a pretty easy character to get to grips with. Each Moze build below utilises a different path through her skill trees in order to make the most of a particular aspect of her character. Click any of the links below to be brought to the build of your choice. Click to view at highest resolution! As always, the first thing to do is increase your damage potential as early as possible with your first few points.

Stand back and enjoy the radioactive fireworks. There are three ways to improve your DPS in most games: higher base damage, higher fire rate, and the ability to fire for longer. While the previous Moze build focused very much on the first method, investing heavily in the Bottomless Mags skill tree will work absolute wonders for the other two methods. After this, you can actually be quite flexible with the order in which you assign points in this build.

The Let Off Some Steam Skill Augment gives your Miniguns higher damage as heat increases, and gives us the ability to fire them for longer, which suits our needs perfectly. This is a build all about never letting go over the fire button. This Moze build focuses heavily on the Shield of Retribution skill tree in order to boost your shield to truly insane levels, while also keeping your damage up to scratch with your Railgun and Vanquisher Rocket Pods.

For now, place 5 points into Armored Infantry and 5 into Selfless Vengeancewhich grant us both survivability while our shields are up, and as much extra damage as we can give for the time being.

The first of these gives some extra Incendiary damage upon every crit, while the others start to beef up our shield game. After this, head to the Demolition Woman tree just to pick up that lovely trio of DeadlinesGrizzledand Stainless Steel Bear to lengthen our time spent in the Iron Bear and unlocking our Vanquisher Pod Missiles to boot. And after this, head back to the orange tree and max out every skill except for Drowning In Brass.

Which allows you to relax in your mech and blast anything that moves with your Railgun and Rockets combo. Overall this is a surprisingly versatile build despite its focus on the up-close-and-personal barbecuing of enemies. I have finally hit level 50 on all four vault hunters in Borderlands 3and my final character I brought up to max was Moze, the Gunner. Moze is so strong I wonder if Gearbox might actually consider some of her skills bugged, but until that happens, here is what I would deem the best build for the best character in the game.

Here we go.

This tree will give you big buffs to your shield, both in terms of capacity and damage reduction, and you will also get bonus damage from skills like Drowning in Brass and Phalanx Doctrine. When you max out this tree you have grenades that can crit, double their explosion size, heal you and give you…more grenades. Combine that with a very particular grenade, artifact and class mod, which I will get to in a minute, and you have the core of why you can never die in this build and do unlimited damage with an endless supply of grenades.

Everyone has their own picks here, but for my money, I really love the Torgue Laser-Sploder which is practically like firing two guns at the same time, a stream of elemental energy and a bunch of rockets that proc all your splash damage skills. This thing even melts Anointeds. The Deathless artifact gives you 1 HP at all times, but it doubles your shield size and increases your regen rate and reduces your shield delay.

This sounds very risky, but then you have to combine it with the Class Mod and Grenade, which are the three core pieces of this build. See how this is starting to come together? And finally:. The Storm Front grenade is the final piece of the puzzle.

It spawns a zillion lightning-spewing grenades, which each count as their own, individual grenade. That means you are constantly getting both grenades back from the one skill and then healing your shield with the other skill combined with the class mod.

All three of these pieces can drop from anywhere, not any specific bosses. Ironically the shield is not as important as the other parts of this build. This is personal preference however, so try out a few and see what you like. The gist of this build is throwing about 30 grenades every encounter, lighting up the room with lightning and using splash damage weapons to clean up the rest.Borderlands 3 has been out for a few days now, and many players are looking to optimize their builds.

Splash Bear MH4

For example, Flak the beastmaster has one OP build that allows him to almost instantly eradicate any boss in the game with the right loadout.

In the case of Moze the Gunner, there are a ton of ways to play her in Borderlands 3simply depending on a player's preferred approach. Of course, one standard approach to any Vault Hunter is to spec it as much as possible for DPS to grind BL3 bosses as effectively as possible. In Moze's case, this comes in the form of utilizing most of the Bottomless Mags skill tree, focusing on critical hit damage and an endless supply of ammo. Moze's skill trees come equipped with various buffs to fire damage, splash damage, and speed, particularly in the Demolition Woman tree.

Combining this tree with a solid Maliwan fire weapon, the Elon Musk flamethrowersingularity grenades, and a shock chain of fire railgun turns Moze into a manifestation of fiery death on the battlefield.

Moze's ability to tank is heavily reliant upon her skills in the Shield of Retribution tree, as it gives her health regen and a lower recharge delay on shields. Using the Railgun in conjunction with the Capacitive Armature augmentation will also make the most of this buffs, and for a dash more of defense on this build, a Hyperion weapon is recommended.

This is one approach that is also perhaps better tailed for co-op builds in Borderlands 3. This build sees players practically maxing out Demolition Woman, only taking dips into the Bottomless Mags and Shield of Retribution for a skill or two.

There's some less way in this build, but when done correctly, this sees Moze climb into Iron Bear, equipping missiles on both arms, and blowing everything up. Source: Segment Next.
